To get started, you need to register on our platform by providing your email and creating a password. After registration, you can log into your personal account and start making exchange transactions. For full access to features, we recommend completing verification.

Currently, we support USDT (Tether) exchange on the TRC-20 network. This is a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar, which ensures stability during transactions. We plan to add other popular cryptocurrencies in the future.

We accept payment in Tajik somoni (TJS) via bank transfers to accounts at leading banks in Tajikistan. Cash payment is also available at our office in Dushanbe. Minimum transaction amount is 100 USDT.

Average processing time is 5-15 minutes after payment confirmation. During peak hours, it may take up to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency is sent to your wallet immediately after we confirm receipt of payment.

To complete verification, log into your personal account and go to the "Verification" section. You will need to upload a photo of your passport and take a selfie. The check takes up to 24 hours on business days. Verification unlocks higher transaction limits.

Bitcom is not a custodial service — we do not store your cryptocurrencies. All transactions occur directly between your wallet and ours. We recommend using hardware wallets for long-term storage of crypto assets.

If you encounter a problem with a transaction, save your order number and contact our support team. We will investigate and help resolve the issue. All transactions are logged and can be tracked.
